| 摘 要： | 设计和开发了集科技项目申报、评审、管理、奖励等功能于一体的网络化、信息化科技项目管理系统。系统采用业务协同的设计理念,基于J2EE架构,采用B/S模式,具有良好的易用性、可扩展性。系统的推广应用大大提高了广东省农业科学院科技项目管理效率和规范化水平,节约管理成本。

| Abstract: | The Sci-tech project information management system with the functions of project application,assessment,management,rewards and other functions was designed and developed,by the business collaboration idea,based on J2EE architecture,using B/S mode,with good usability,scalability.Promotion of the system could greatly improve the efficiency and standardization of project management for Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences,with saving administrative costs. |
