加快信息资源规划建设探讨

以推进黄河三角洲高效生态经济区一体化发展为抓手,指出了黄河三角洲区域信息化建设的基本问题是信息资源开发利用方面的问题,解决这一基本问题的关键是搞好信息资源规划。对编制实施黄河三角洲高效生态经济区信息资源规划,建设区域信息资源管理中心和区域网络信息系统,推进黄河三角洲高效生态经济区一体化发展进行了探讨。

Research on Speed up the Information Resource Planning and Construction

This paper pointed out that the basic problems of the information construction in the Yellow River Delta is how to develop and utilize the information resource,the key to solve it is to improve information resource planning.And the formation implementation of information resource planning in the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic region,building a regional information resource management center and a regional network of information system,and to promote integrated development of the Yellow River Delta efficient eco-economic region were discussed.
