| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the current conditions of cultural level of farmers and the problems in educational environment.The advantages and characteristics of modern distance education were introduced.The combination of educational model of modern distance education and the specific characteristics of agricultural production,and the education and training of the farmers were proposed for improving the scientific and cultural level of the farmers. |
