| 摘 要： | 通过运用信息系统和信息管理方法,结合院所两级科研管理的实际情况,利用当前流行的数据库管理技术,设计了院所两级科研成果信息数据库,提供了数据库设计、系统功能设计、网络体系结构等一系列的解决方案,并依托局域网平台实现了科研管理信息的网络化运行、数字化存储和科学规范化管理。

| Abstract: | Using the method of information system and information management,based on the fact of academy and department Scientific research achievements management,with recently popular technology of database management,academy and department scientific research achievements information database was designed,which offered a series of solution about designs of database,the system function,and the structure of system network,and realized scientific research management running on the network,digital storage and scientific standardized management,based on local area network. |
