在信息化、网络化的时代,高科技并不能替代人的因素,构建和谐高校图书馆,仍然要坚持以人为本的原则,既要重视利用现代化信息设备和技术为读者服务,把读者的需求放在首位;又要不断提高馆员的综合素质,更好地服务于读者,达到读者与图书馆员的和谐统一。

Study on Humanistic Management of Barmonious College Library under Information Environment

As information and network era’s arrival,high-tech is not a substitute of human factor.To build a harmonious university library,it still has to adhere to the ＂people-oriented＂ principle.On one hand,it should pay attention to use the modern information technology equipments to service the reader,and put the needs of readers in the priority.On the other hand,librarians must continue to improve the overall quality to serve readers better,and achieve the readers and librarians’harmonious unity.
