日本水稻生产机械化系统分析及对中国农业机械化发展的建议

该文对日本水稻生产机械化系统的试验进行了分析。该水稻生产机械化系统分为两个系列：全程机械化系列（乘式系列）和半机械化系列（走式系列）。详细分析了水稻生产机械化系列的各个作业项目的田间作业量、负担面积、作业费用及成本指数等，这些作业项目的内容包括耕地、插秧、除草、植保和收获作业等。同时也分析了每个系列的每公顷机器使用总费用。在分析日本水稻生产机械化系统的基础上，提出中国农业机械化发展的合理化建议。作业成本分析表明，中国的农业生产机械化系统不能完全照搬日本模式，中国的农业生产机械化的发展道路只能有序列的逐步实现。

Agricultural mechanization system of rice production of Japan and proposal for China

This paper analyzed agricultural mechanization system of rice production using full mechanization (riding type) series and semi-mechanization (walking type) series. Effective field capacity, coverage area, operational cost, cost index, etc. were analyzed, including the land tilling, seedling transplanting, crop protection, chemical application and harvesting operation. Total machinery utilization cost per hectare for each farm work was also presented. On the basis of analysis of agricultural mechanization system of rice production of Japan, a rational proposal to the development of agricultural mechanization of China was made. Financial analysis results show that agricultural mechanization development of China can not directly copy the way of Japan, and agricultural mechanization of China can only be realized step by step.
