玉米酒精糟液综合利用的研究

论述了玉米酒精糟液的综合利用。以通过分离获得的干糟作为饲料,利用上流式过滤器与厌氧污泥床相结合的发酵罐处理余下的高悬浮物、高浓度废液来制取沼气,供居民生活用气或生产发电。发酵后排出的残液经三级氧化塘处理后引水上山浇灌果树,不仅增加土壤养分,而且果树不生腻虫。研究结果表明:上流式过滤器与厌氧污泥床相结合的发酵罐对于处理高浓度废液具有良好的效果,作好保温,发酵系统在冬天正常稳定运行,全系统达到了消除污染,废物多层次利用的目的。

A Study on the Comprehensive Utilization of Maize Alcohol Lees Liquid

The comprehensive utilization of maize alcohol Jees liquid is discussed in this paper. By separating the lees liquid, solid lees can be obtained and used as feedstuff. Biogas can be produced by fermenting the waste liquid, which contained high concentration of suspended solid and high concentration of organic matter. The waste liquid is fermented in a fermenting tank, which combined an upflow filter and an anaerobic sludge bed together(UFASB) . After fermenting, the liquid is treated by a tertiary oxidation pond so as to be used to irrigate fruit trees. By irrigating, the soil nutrient is increased and the trees are protected from aphides. Biogas is used for cooking or generating electricity. The study shows that the treatment of the waste liquid by UFASB has achieved good results, and the fermenting system had a normal working state in winter under good heat preservation. It is clear that the lees liquid could be multi-level utilized in the whole system.
