| 摘 要： | 介绍了制取酒精用的固定化酵母流化床生物反应器的设计方法,阐述了流化床生物反应器的设计程序与计算公式、主要部件图和工艺流程。年产30t酒精的反应器系统试运转证明,反应器的设计计算正确、工艺合理。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the design and calculation methods of fixed-yeast fluidized-bed biological reactor used for refining alcohol. The calculation formulas, main parts and technological process of the fluidized-bed biological reactor were presented. Test showed that the reactor for an alcohol annual output of 30 tons was correct in calculation and reasonable in technology. |
