甘蔗收获机圆弧轨道式柔性夹持输送装置的功率模型

摘    要:针对无轨道甘蔗柔性夹持输送装置链条张紧力大、功率消耗大等缺陷,该文研究了甘蔗收获机圆弧轨道式柔性夹持输送装置,通过对该装置的夹持输送链进行受力分析,建立了该装置的功率模型,并对该模型进行了试验验证。功率与链条预张紧力、输送线路长度、夹持力、轨道间距、夹持甘蔗数量、机车前进速度以及输送速度等因素有关,功率消耗与链条预张紧力、输送速度等因素成正比,而甘蔗种植密度、机车前进速度对圆弧轨道式柔性夹持输送装置的功率影响不大,总体上变化比较平缓。研究为甘蔗收获机夹持输送装置的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:There are some defects in no-track flexible holding and conveying device, such as high chains stretch force and power consumption. So, the arc-track-type flexible holding and conveying device of sugarcane harvester was researched. Based on mechanics analysis of the holding and conveying chains, the power model of the device was built, and was verified by the tests. The power of the device related to stretching force of chains, conveying distance, holding force, track space, the quantity of sugarcane stalks, forward velocity and conveying speed, and so on. The power consumption was directly proportional to the stretching force of chains and conveying speed. The effects of sugarcane planting density and forward velocity on the power were not obvious. The study provides foundation for design of holding and conveying device of sugarcane harvester.
