摘    要:为了减少畜禽粪便自然发酵造成的温室效应和环境污染,降低养殖奶牛的成本和增加养殖奶牛的效益,该文利用自制的固、气、液(Solid, gas, liquid)多联产固定床气化炉将牛粪气化,气化可得到固体牛粪炭、可燃气、提取液三相产品,三相产品均可以资源化利用,从而达到减排、减污的目标。考察了含水率、气化温度及气化剂的当量比对气化效果的影响。结果表明:原料含水率控制在12%~18%,气化温度为850~900℃,当量比在0.25~0.30时,气化效果较好,牛粪含水率为17.78%,气化温度为850℃,当量比为0.30时,气体产率为1.42 m3·kg-1,可燃气体的低位热值为2.84 MJ·m-3,牛粪炭得率为23.82%,提取液得率是24.17%。牛粪气化多联产工艺试验为工程化实施提了基础和基本数据。
