摘    要:利用三维流动理论,对80LLW螺旋离心泵系统的水流特性进行了试验研究,对泵的不同断面上的不同测点在不同流量工况下的轴向速度、径向速度、切向速度及旋转角速度进行了测定,分析各量的分布特点,进而分析泵内液流的旋流及扭转非对称等特性,说明其产生的原因及对泵的性能的影响。

Abstract:On the basis of the theory of three-dimensional flow, flow characteristics of 80LLW screw centrifugal pump system were tested and studied. By measuring axial velocity, radial velocity , tangential velocity and angular velocity under different conditions, their distributions were analyzed in detail. The results indicate that the flow inside the pump is spiraling, turning and non-symmetry flow. At last, this paper explains the reason of that phenomenon and points out its influences on the pump operating performance.
