装载机新型铰接系统铰销计算研究

摘    要:给出了装载机铰接系统的四种典型计算工况,推导了各工况下铰点力的计算公式,建立了铰销的力学计算模型,提出了铰销有限元计算的外力处理方法。以ZL60E装载机为例进行了有限元分析及实车试验验证,为装载机新型铰接系统铰销的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the four typical calculation cases are presented for the articulation system of the wheel loader, the pivot-point forces for each case are formulated, the calculation model of the pivoted pin is set up, and the method is also given for analyzing the boundary force of the pivoted pin in finite element calculation. Taking ZL60E wheel loader as example, both results of finite element calculating and measuring are presented. The calculation is directed to design the pivoted pin.
