| 摘 要： | 通过分析国外技术标准与科技研发呈现密切结合发展的趋势，指出中国技术标准与科技研发存在严重脱节的问题，总结出中国技术标准与科技研发严重脱节的原因在于企业参与标准制定的动力不足、缺乏技术成果转化为技术标准的信息传导机制等。结合中国农产品加工业的发展现状，提出促进中国农产品加工业技术标准与科技研发结合发展的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Through comparing with the international close connection tendency between technical standard and R&D, the severe disconnection between the two in China was discussed in this paper. The main causes for the disconnection were pointed out, such as the scarcity of motive for Chinese enterprises participating in the establishment of technical standards, the lack of the communication mechanisms for transforming the scientific research achievements into the technical standards. In the paper, the current development situation of agro-product processing industry was analyzed. And the related measures for promoting the harmony development of technical standards and R&D were put forward. |
