茶树重修剪机的研究

摘    要:重修剪是改造衰老茶树的重要措施之一,茶区要求提供机械化作业机具,以加速我国衰老茶园的改造进程。在调查我国茶园状况和分析日本样机资料的基础上,经理论分析,提出了从总体结构到切割器几何尺寸和运动参数都有别于日本样机。以抬为主、抬拖两用的重修剪机。与国内外同类型样机比较,表现为机动灵活,地头调头方便,作业质量好,能按农艺要求控制修剪高度,适应性强,应用范围广。试验结果表明:机械化作业省时、省力、省成本,作业质量能满足农艺要求,经济效益显著。

Abstract:A motor-driven trimmer has been developed for medium pruming of tea bushes. It may be used either carried by two persons or pulling.The productivities of the trimmers, both model XZ-800 and model XZ-1200, are the same of 0.8-1.0 mu/hr.1. The yield of pruned was higher than that of controlled by 10.95%.2. The labour productivity has increased by more 8 as campared with that of hand pruning.3. The cost percentage reduced to 38.04% compared with hand shearing.4. The ratio of broken branches caused by machine pruning was more than that by hand shearing, but the influence on the development of tea bushes and the yield per unit area yet remains to studied.
