景观评价在县级土地利用规划中的应用

以曲周县为例进行土地利用景观评价，探索了在土地利用规划中引入景观生态评价方法的可能性。结果表明：景观评价方法在土地利用规划过程中是行之有效的，有助于改善过去‘规划’单纯土地适宜性评价提供信息不足和土地利用现状分析中定量指标不足的弱点。同时，也有助于促进土地利用评价和规划的定量化过程

Landscape Evaluation Applying in Land Use Planning

This paper illustrates the Quzhou county as an example of the landscape evaluation and explores the possibility of introducing the landscape ecology evaluation into land use planning. The results show that the method of landscape evaluation is effective to the process of land use planning. Land suitability evaluation cannot give enough information and analysis of present situation of land use as lack quantity index in the past land use planning. The new method can avoid these weaknesses. Moreover, the method can also promote the quantity analysis in land use evaluation and land-use planning.
