| Abstract: | The experimental method to establish a function, between convection coefficient and equivalent conduction one of corn during hot air drying, is developed in this paper. And the relationship between drying speed and convection coefficient is developed, Which is applied to estimate the equivalent conduction coefficient of thick layer corn. |
