摘    要:针对黄土高原地区水资源严重短缺的态势和生态环境建设的需要,基于可持续发展理念,以小流域作为研究单元,以雨水资源作为研究对象,提出小流域雨水资源化潜力的概念,分析不同层次的小流域雨水资源化潜力,探讨雨水资源可持续性与可持续利用的关系,建立了小流域雨水资源不同利用类型的判别模式,为黄土高原雨水资源的持续高效利用和流域生态环境健康发展提供理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the situation of serious shortage of water resources and the need of eco-environmental construction in the Loess Plateau, taking small watershed as research cell and rainwater resources as research object, the definition for potential of converting rainwater into water resources was put forward. The various potentials of developing rainwater resources and the relationship between sustainability and sustainable utilization of rainwater resources were analyzed. And the discrimination models for various types of sustainable utilization of rainwater resources were established. These results could provide the scientific basis for the high efficiency utilization of rainwater resources and eco-environmental construction in the Loess Plateau.
