摘    要:非光滑表面电渗是有效解决土壤对地面机械触土部件粘附问题的理想方法之一,该文进行了非光滑表面电渗推土板动态试验,同时还创造性地设计、试制了非光滑表面电渗的装载机模型铲斗。试验证明,非光滑表面电渗铲斗具有良好的脱土性能,可提高作业生产率30%以上。

Abstract:Nonsmooth surface electroosmosis is one of effective methods to reduce the soil adhesion to soil touching parts of terrain-machines. In this study, the electroosmosis tests of moved nons-mooth bulldozing plates were done. Based on the test results, we designed loaded model shovel with the nonsmooth surface electroosmosis. It has been found that the model shovel has a good ability to reduce soil adhesion and improve work efficiency above 30%.
