拖拉机橡胶钢筋履带弯曲刚度计算方法与试验验证

摘    要:拟定沿拖拉机橡胶钢筋履带长度上不均匀弯曲刚度的计算方法,是进行橡胶钢筋履带设计的基础。拖拉机橡胶钢筋履带弯曲刚度的传统计算方法是将橡胶钢筋履带作为橡胶和钢筋的均匀复合材料来进行计算的,这种计算方法误差较大。该文通过理论推导和试验验证的方法进行了研究,得出了橡胶钢筋履带设计参数与其弯曲刚度间的理论关系式;提出了在履带计算长度上换算不均匀弯曲刚度的方法,计算结果与试验结果能够很好地吻合。

Abstract:The method for calculating asymmetric bending rigidity along tractor rubber-reinforcement track, is the foundation to design rubber-reinforced track. The conventional calculation method for tractor rubber-reinforced track bending rigidity considers rubber-reinforcement track as an even composite of rubber and reinforcement, so the calculation error is relatively big. The authors carried on research through the methods of theoretical derivation and experimental verification. A certain theory relationship between design parameter and bending rigidity of rubber-reinforced track was obtained. It introduced the method of converting asymmetric bending rigidity along the tractor rubber-reinforced track. And the results of theoretical calculation and experimental values are in good agreement.
