水稻精量穴直播排种轮的设计与试验

摘    要:该文研制了一种新型水稻精量穴直播排种轮,用4种不同类型的稻种对5种不同型孔的排种轮进行了排种试验,结果表明:瓢形型孔充种性能优于其他型孔形式,粒数为2~6粒种子的穴数在90%以上,漏播率小于5%,穴距、穴径符合农艺要求,实现了精量播种。伤种率对比试验表明,瓢形型孔的排种轮对水稻发芽率无显著影响。该文还进行了不同的瓢形型孔个数的排种对比试验,确定了适合该排种轮的型孔个数。研究工作为水稻精量穴直播排种轮的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:A new hill sowing wheel of precision rice direct-seeder was designed.Four different varieties of rice seeds were selected to test the five different shaped orifices of the seed-metering wheel.Test results showed the gourd-like shaped orifice was better than the others and there were 2~6 seeds in the hill with probability of more than 90%,leakage-seeding rate less than 5% when gourdlike shaped orifice wheel was tested.The average hill spacing and the average hill diameter could meet the requirement of precision rice direct-seeding.The comparative experiments indicated that gourd-like shaped orifice had little effect on rice germination rate and the suitable number of the gourd-like shaped orifice was 6.The research results provided the theoretical basis for seed-metering wheel of precision rice direct-seeder with hill sowing.
