| 摘 要： | 该文在对中国农产品加工业技术创新现状简要分析的基础上，基于层次分析的理论与方法，构建了中国农产品加工业技术创新能力的评价指标体系，并运用这一评价指标体系对中国农产品加工业技术创新能力进行了总体评价。结果表明，“十五”期间，中国农产品加工业技术创新能力整体水平有了一定程度的提升与发展，但仍然处于一个较低的水平，与整个工业行业相比，创新能力在提升中进一步扩大了差距。据此，提出了加强中国农产品加工业技术创新能力的政策建议。
