双级射流混药装置的试验研究

摘    要:植保机械中射流混药装置具有在线混合、环保等优点,而单级射流泵有混合比过大及混合比不稳定等缺陷.根据植保机械的要求,研制出双级射流混合装置.在不同主辅射流嘴直径,主、辅射流管距情况下进行试验,通过对双级射流混药装置中压力和混药比进行检测,得到其变化规律,揭示了试验参数对压力损失、混药比等系统参数的影响,为双级射流混药装置的设计提供了参考.

Abstract:Jet mixing apparatus has the advantages of online mixing and environmental protection. Because the mixture ratio of single-stage jet pump was too large and unstable, two-stage jet mixing apparatus was developed for meeting the requirements of plant protection machinery. Tests were carried out with different diameters of the main and auxiliary nozzles and distance of the main and auxiliary pipes. The authors obtained change law for pressure and mixture ratio of two-stage jet mixing apparatus. The experimental results provide the basis for apparatus design.
