基于二相流理论的喷雾器气液混合阀的研究

摘    要:为了提高农药的施药效果,降低环境污染,开发了基于流体力学二相流理论的自动控制气液混合阀,试验结果表明,该阀能使喷雾器在发动机低速或怠速时,不出现滴漏,并将药液雾化成易于被叶面吸收的更细小的雾滴。

Abstract:To increase the insecticide effect and to decrease the environmental pollution, the automatic control air liquid mixing valve was designed based on the two phase flow theory in fluid dynamics.The experimental result showed that this valve to make the medicine liquid nebulous can avoid the droplet leak of the sprayer in the engine idling time and the low engine speed. The tiny nebula can be easily absorbed by the leaf.
