| 摘 要： | 根据可持续发展的理论和内涵，以县域的经济－能源－生态复合大系统的持续协调稳定发展为总体目标，提出了农村能源系统的效益、效率、发展变化率、系统协调度、发展潜力和农村能源系统支撑体系等评价指标，建立了县域农村能源可持续发展能力评价指标体系，可对其持续发展能力和发展趋势进行评价和动态预测

| Abstract: | A ccording to the theory and connotation of sustainable development, aimming at sustainable development of economic-energy-ecological integrated system , the evaluation indicatrix on the efficiency, the varing rate, the harmonization degree and the developing potentiality of rural energy system and rural energy supporting system were chosen to establish evaluation indicatrix system of sustainable development of rural energy in county, so that it can be used to evaluate and predict the sustainable developing potentiality and developing trend of rural energy. |
