| 摘 要： | 本文对玉米秸秆颗粒燃料冷态致密成型系统的不同工艺设备,在不同条件下的吨料电耗进行测试,找出了玉米秸秆不同因素对成型电耗的影响,从而找出了生物质成型时所用粉碎机的筛网孔径、原料含水率、颗粒密度等。

| Abstract: | The paper analysed the electricity cost of various equipment of cold compression molding of corn stalk granule under various conditions.It also found the effects of various factor of corn stalk on electricity cost of(compression) molding.In this way,the paper found the material granularity,water content ratio and screw hold diameter of annular mould in biomass compression molding. |
