摘    要:天窗系统是连栋塑料温室的必要装备之一,它对温室的正常生产及经济效益有重要的影响。为实现现代连栋温室天窗系统开闭与开度的自动化调控,设计了一种快速、安全、可靠、低成本的气动天窗系统以克服目前通用的齿轮齿条系统的弊端,并讨论了气动天窗系统的原理、各级风速下的天窗荷载以及驱动气缸的负载特性,探讨了该系统可行性和特点。与传统技术比较,气动系统完全可以取代机械式开天窗,而且结构简单,操作方便,位置控制精度高,天窗开度和通风面积显著增加,增强了利用自然通风调节温室环境的能力。

Abstract:Ventilation-windows were the main equipment for multi-span plastic greenhouse and its performance directly influencing the economic effect of greenhouse. The open, close, exact opening-angle of the ventilation windows was becoming increasingly important problems, because of the higher requirements of climate control in modern greenhouses. Adopting speediness, sureness, credibility, low cost pneumatics to design the operation of ventilation-windows was a reasonable solving method. The objective of the study was mainly to design a pneumatic operation system for ventilation-windows for multi-span plastic greenhouse. Mechanical effects were assessed, its cylinder load was calculated and a related model has been done. Compared the new self-developed system with the traditional gear-rack operation system for their mechanical characteristics, their operation, the control of windows opening, the windows-ventilation angle showed that the new system is more convenient, easy to use; easy to locate, the aperture angle is larger than that of the gear-rack operation system. The ventilation area was much increased and environmental conditions through ventilation were notably improved.
