宽幅薄膜高真空卷绕蒸发式镀膜机的研究与设计

摘    要:为满足农产品及食品深加工中1500 mm幅宽以上的聚脂薄膜(PET)、定向聚丙烯薄膜(OPP)、聚丙烯流涎薄膜(CPP)、聚乙烯薄膜(PVC)的真空镀铝,针对国内卷绕蒸发式真空镀膜机设备存在的工艺参数多、工艺重复性差、操作复杂、产品质量不稳定、设备故障率高等问题,采用高真空技术研制了宽幅卷绕蒸发式高真空镀膜机。测试分析表明,该机上室和下室的极限真空度分别达到了9.0×10-2 Pa和6.7×10-2 Pa,恢复真空时间小于8 min,镀膜厚度600~700?,并具有卷取性能好、镀膜幅度宽、镀膜速度快、跑偏量小、镀膜层牢固、均匀等特点,为食品和农产品深加工提供了一种新型的卷绕蒸发式高真空镀膜机。

Abstract:In the deep processing of agricultural and food products, there are some key technological problems of system design on the domestic traditional reelable vacuum aluminium coating system, including mass process parameters, bad process duplication, unstable production quality caused by complex operation, and high equipment failure rate. A newly developed reelable vacuum aluminium coating system with 1500 mm-wide thin plastic films was designed with high vacuum technology in order to satisfy the vacuum aluminum coating of more than 1500 mm-wide, such as polyethylene terephthalate(PET), oriented polypropylene(OPP), polypropylene cast film(CPP), polyvinyl chloride(PVC). The test analysis indicated that the ultimate vacuums of upper and lower chambers achieved 9.0×10-2 Pa and 6.7×10-2 Pa, respectively. The vacuum recovering time was shorter than eight minutes and the coating thickness was from 600? to 700?. There are several advantages of this new system, including good crimp property, wide coating amplitude, fast coating speed, small straight deviation, firm and even coating. Thus, a newly reelable vacuum aluminium coating system was developed for the deep processing of agricultural and food products.
