基于LabVIEW的生物发酵过程远程在线监控系统设计

摘    要:微生物发酵工程是现代生物技术及其产业化的基础,随着微生物技术的迅速发展,发酵工业的生产规模不断扩大,迫切要求对发酵过程进行先进的控制和优化.目前,LabVIEW在发酵过程在线监测与自动化控制领域已经有了一些成功的应用,并越来越受到欢迎,但是大多数研究以上下位机的控制方式为主,对发酵过程进行异地网络化监控少有报道,该文详细介绍整个系统在线监控与远程监测过程的实现.利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台,结合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)网络和各类传感器,基于Modbus总线通信协议,实现了生物发酵过程各参数的实时采集和控制,并利用DataSocket技术实现了远程监控.详细介绍了监控系统的结构和硬件构成,以及各功能模块实现的关键技术.实验表明:该系统运行可靠稳定、能较好地实现发酵过程远程数据传输和实时监控.

Abstract:Microbe fermentation engineering is the basis of modern biological technique and industrialization, with the rapid development of microbe technique and the increasing enlargement of manufacturing dimensions in the fermentation industry, it is urgent to carry through advanced optimization and control for the fermentation process. Presently, LabVIEW as a new development tool has been successfully applied in the monitoring and on-line control of biological fermentation field, and becoming more and more popular. However, most of the researches are limited to the mode of host computer controlling slave computer, and remotely monitoring for the fermentation process is rarely reported. Therefore, the realization for the remote controlling and monitoring of the biological fermentation process is presented in detail in this paper. So, based on LabVIEW as development platform, combined with programmable logic controller (PLC) network and different sensors, and according to the Modbus serial bus communication protocol, the whole system not only realized data real-time acquisition and control for the different parameters of biological fermentation process, but also actualized remote control by using Datasocket technique. The total framework and hardware structure of the monitoring system, as well as the key technique for each functional module are described detailedly in this paper. It is proved that the system is safe and reliable, and successfully applied in some model fermentation device.
