履带式行走机构粘弹性悬挂机构的刚度-阻尼特性分析

摘    要:针对传统履带式拖拉机行走系易受剧烈振动冲击的问题,开发出一种新型的粘弹性悬挂机构。用复刚度理论,建立起该机构的运动微分方程,对其刚度-阻尼特性进行了分析。依据能量转换的观点,分析了机构中粘弹性阻尼材料的静、动态对振动能转换率的影响。对开发后的应用在240kW履带式拖拉机粘弹性悬挂机构上进行了刚度曲线设计和性能分析,并在电液伺服试验机上对实际产品进行了性能试验

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of which conventional crawler type tractor undercarriages are frequently apt to be vibrated and shocked, a new type of viscoelastic bogie suspensions was developed. The kinetic differential equation for the suspensions was established on the basis of complex stiffness theory, and its stiffness damping characteristics were studied according to the viewpoint of energy transformations. The static and dynamic characters of the viscoelastic materials were analyzed on the energy transformation rates for the suspensions. After the unit developed with viscoelastic bogie suspension was used in 240 kW crawler type tractors, its stiffness design curves were drawn up and its property analyses were carried out. Finally, property experiments were performed on an eletro hydraulic servo test platform for the practical products of the suspensions.
