基于WebGIS的重金属污染决策支持系统设计与应用

摘    要:为解决北京周边地区重金属污染造成的食品安全问题,采用J2EE技术和WebGIS技术,在北京生态环境信息管理平台支持下,构建了重金属污染决策支持系统。并在此基础之上,利用GPS掌上电脑进行采样点定位,在野外53个观测点采集530个土壤样品,进行了样点均匀分布设计、检验和观测值正态分布检验。结果表明,采用地统计学空间插值并进行GIS空间分析,对重金属的空间变异分析能够达到较高精度。决策支持系统集成资源环境数据和基础地理数据,已应用于试验区重金属污染分析,并在WebGIS中实现重金属空间变异的可视化表达。

Abstract:To avoid the potential threat to food safety around Beijing,a Decision Surpport System(DSS) for the heavy metal pollution management was established with the J2EE technology and WebGIS technology on the platform of Beijing Eco-environment Information Management System. In this work, 530 soil samples at 53 sites located by GPS Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) were tested for the uniformity variations of the sampling point distribution in Beijing, China. The normal distribution test on the observation values of the soil samples was made. The results indicated that interpolating with pure GIS method or Geostatistics could be used to analyze the spatial variations of the heavy metal contents with promising accuracy. The DSS integrated the environmental resource data and the basic geographic data, and had been applied in mapping the distribution of the heavy metal contents in the test area on WebGIS.
