微灌用水动活塞式施肥泵研制

摘    要:灌溉施肥装置是实现农业灌水施肥自动化不可缺少的设备,施肥装置的研制也一直是灌溉施肥领域的一个热点。该文在综述微灌用施肥装置的类型以及国内外的研发现状基础上,重点介绍了研制开发的水动活塞式施肥泵结构、工作原理,并测定了其工作性能。结果表明:新开发的水动活塞式施肥泵具有启动工作压力低、吸肥效率较高等特点,具有较广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:The fertigation devices are necessary for realizing the fertigation automatization in agricultural field, and the research and development of fertigation devices is always a focus in the fertigation field. In this paper, the research and development situation of fertigation devices for micro-irrigation in domestic and foreign countries was summarized firstly. On the basis of the introduction, the structure and working mechanism of the liquamatic piston fertilizer pump developed by the relative research staffs were introduced in detail. In addition, the working performance of the liquamatic piston fertilizer pump was tested. Results show that the newly developed fertilizer pump possesses many prevailing characteristics such as low-working pressure and better efficiency in absorbing fertilizer and so on. The liquamatic piston fertilizers pump has wide application.
