| 摘 要： | 对４个番茄栽培及一个野生种进行了直接游离小孢培养的初步研究，所有供试材料均得到了胚状体，早粉二号同时获得胚状及愈伤，美味樱桃番茄得到了球形胚。类心型胚等胚状体。对一些诱导因素进行了初步探索，发现供体植株的基因型及生长环境对培养结果有影响，其中供体植株所处的生长环间的影响较为重要。

| Abstract: | Isolated uninucleate microspores of tomato were cultured in defined liquid nutritive
medium. The microspores developed to haploid embryoids in all five tested materials, both
calli and embryoids in cv.Zaofen No.2,and globular embryoids and heart-shaped embryoids in
cv Meiwei cherry tomato .The factors which influnced the culture were investigated , and
the factor of the donor plants was discussed especially. |
