纳米氧化铁对花生生长发育及养分吸收影响的研究

摘    要:.通过温室砂培试验研究了纳米氧化铁与有机肥、腐殖酸配合施用对花生生长发育和吸收铁肥的影响。结果表明,纳米氧化铁能够显著地促进花生的生长发育和光合作用。有机肥和纳米氧化铁配施(OM-Fe)处理,花生叶片叶绿素含量最高,为2.89mg/g,显著高于柠檬酸铁处理(CT-Fe);纳米氧化铁和有机肥、腐殖酸配施可增强铁在植株体内的移动性,使铁向叶部转移,叶部的含铁量明显增加。纳米氧化铁与有机肥配施(OM-Fe)、纳米氧化铁(Nano-Fe)、纳米氧化铁与腐殖酸配施(HAs-Fe)处理,其植株叶部含铁量分别为218.95mg/kg、207.48mg/kg、206.64mg/kg,均大于柠檬酸铁处理(187.00mg/kg),提高了铁的利用率。此外,纳米Fe2O3还有利于促进花生对氮、磷、钾养分的吸收和利用。

Abstract:Iron is one of essential trace elements for plant growth. The uptake and utilization of iron was influenced by many kinds of factors, such as soil, climate et al, especially the means of fertilizer application which was close related to the biological availability of iron fertilizer and plant and development of plant. The effects of Nano-ferric oxide (Nano-Fe_2O_3) coordinated with organic fertilizer and humid acid (OM-Fe) on the growth and iron uptake of peanut were studied through a nutrient quartz-sand culture experiment in the greenhouse. The results showed that Nano-Fe_2O_3 could promote the growth and photosynthesis of peanut significantly. For OM-Fe, the chlorophyll content in peanut leaves was 2.89 (mg/g,) which was significant higher than that of Citric acid iron(CA-Fe). Nano- Fe_2O_3 coordinated with organic manures could improve the movability of iron in plant corpora, transferring iron into leaves that resulted in a significant increment of iron in leaves. For the treatments of Nano-Fe coordinated with organic fertilizer, Nano-Fe and Nano-Fe coordinated with humic acid(HAs-Fe), the iron content in leaves were 218.95 mg/kg, 207.48 mg/kg and 206.64 mg/kg, respectively. All of them were higher than that of CA-Fe (187.00 mg/kg). As the result, the efficiency of iron increased. Nano-Fe could promote the absorption and utilization of nutrients, such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Therefore, this study provided a mythology and scientific basis of Nano-Fe_2O_3 application for a practical purpose.
