摘    要:通过15N标记土壤的箱栽试验,探讨了地下部分隔作用对植物篱/大豆间作生长和氮素吸收利用的影响。结果表明,香根草/大豆间作系统中大豆吸N量,无隔和网隔处理比板隔处理分别增加20.1%和0.6%,香根草吸N量分别高出7.4%和24.2%;而紫穗槐/大豆间作系统中大豆吸N量,无隔和网隔处理比板隔处理分别降低28.3%和15.9%,紫穗槐吸N量依次降低14.3%和24.3%。香根草/大豆间作系统中,大豆植株15N丰度网隔处理低于无隔处理,而香根草15N丰度则表现为根系无隔时较高;紫穗槐/大豆间作系统中紫穗槐和大豆的15N丰度都表现为根系无隔时较低。在培栽条件下,间作抑制了大豆生长,影响到大豆N素的吸收利用;与大豆根系间相互作用抑制了紫穗槐生长,但一定程度上改善了香根草生长,推测根系分布在养分吸收利用中占重要地位。

Abstract:With root partition method and ^15N tracing technique, a pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of root interaction on plant growth and nitrogen uptake in a hedgerow and soybean intercropping system. The hedgerow species evaluated were Amorpha fruticosa and Vetiveria zizanioides. The results showed that the nitrogen uptake of soybean with no root and mesh separation in the Vetiver-soybean system was 20.1% and 0.6% higher than that with sheet separation, and nitrogen acquisition of Vetiver was increased by 7.4% and 24.2%. In the A. fruticosa-soybean system, however, the nitrogen uptake of soybean with no root and mesh separation was 28.3% and 15.9% lower than that with sheet separation, and nitrogen acquisitions of A. fruticosa was decreased by 14.3 % and 24.3% . ^15N % abundance of soybean with mesh separation in the Vetiver-soybean system was lower than that with no root separation and higher ^15N % abundance of Vetiver was observed in no root separation. In the A. fruticosa-soybean system, lower ^15N% abundance of soybean and A. fruticosa was observed in no root separation. These results indicated that the growth of soybean was unexpectedly suppressed in two intercropping systems. The growth of A. fruticosa was also suppressed due to root interaction, yet the growth of Vetiver was enhanced significantly. The root distribution pattern may play an important role in nitrogen uptake.
