纳米碳酸钙在花生上的施用效果研究

摘    要:选取对钙肥较敏感的花生品种鲁花4号,通过温室砂培试验研究了纳米碳酸钙的施用效果,分析了花生花针期植株的生长发育和生理状况,探讨了纳米碳酸钙对花生吸收钙肥和氮磷钾的影响。结果表明,纳米碳酸钙与腐殖酸、有机肥配施,能促进花生的分蘖,使有效果针数目、叶面积和干重增加以及增加花生可溶性糖和蛋白质含量。纳米碳酸钙和腐植酸配施处理,花生可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均最高,分别达4.2%、2.4mg/g,是硝酸钙处理的1.17倍、1.26倍,差异显著;纳米碳酸钙与腐殖酸、有机肥配施能促进植株根系对钙和氮、磷、钾的吸收,使植株钙以及氮磷钾含量有所提高。

Abstract:Responses of peanut to Nano-Calcium Carbonate were studied through nutrient quartz-sand culture experiment in the greenhouse. In this paper, growth and development and physiological status of peanut was analysis and the effect of Nano-calcium on the uptake of Calcium fertilizer and N, P and K was discussed thoroughly. Luhua No. 4, a dominant peanut variety locally, was selected as the experimental material due to its comparative sensitivity to Calcium fertilizer. Major results were summarized as follows: 1) Applying Nano-CaCO_3 (coordinated) with humus acid and organic manures could improved the growth and development of peanut significantly compared with single application of nitric acid calcium. Branches, needles in the dust, leaf area and dry weight of peanut promoted markedly. 2) Applying Nano-CaCO_3 (coordinated) with humus acid and organic manures could ameliorate the physiological situation of peanut. Contents of soluble sugar and protein increased notably in the stems and leaves of peanut. 3) Nano-CaCO_3 combined humus acid could promote the absorbability of peanut to nutrient elements, such as calcium, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potash, compared with nitric acid calcium. The content of nutrients in shoot and root of peanut increased Ca by 0.72% and 0.32%, N by 1.3% and 0.43%, P by 0.08% and 0.04%, K by 0.49% and 0.01%, respectively.
