| 摘 要： | 以绿色荧光蛋白为标记,构建瞬时表达载体pMxIRT1-GFP。以基因枪轰击洋葱表皮细胞,通过激光共聚焦显微镜(Confocal)观察,MxIrt1基因主要定位在细胞膜上。

| Abstract: | Using green fluorescent protein as marker,MxIrt1 gene transient expression vector pMxIRT1-GFP was constructed;by particle bombardment and confocal observation,the MxIrt1 was located on the plasma membrane of onion coat cell.The study lays a foundation for further research on MxIrt1 gene′s function. |
