| 摘 要： | 正蓝旗林地面积占全旗土地总面积的44.02%,林地资源丰足,在支撑经济社会可持续发展中具有基础地位和不可替代的重要作用。但是,随着工业化、城镇化的快速发展,各项建设对土地的需求增加,加之国家对耕地保护力度的加大,大量用地项目向林地转移,林地保护利用的管理任务日益加重。文章立足于正蓝旗经济社会的可持续发展,提出林地保护利用建议。

| Abstract: | Zhenglan Qi woodland area accounts for44.02% of the total land area,and its woodland resource is plenty,in supporting sustainable economic and social development has foundation status and important role and can not be replaced.However,with the development of the industrialization,the rapid development of urbanization,the construction land demand increases,together with country on cultivated land protection efforts,large amounts of land to woodland,forest protection and utilization management increasing.In this paper,based on the Zhenglan Qi in the sustainable development of economy and society,put forward suggestions for forest protection and utilization. |
