摘    要:为研究外源激素NAA、KT、6-BA对愈伤组织不定芽的分化、生根诱导及移栽成苗的影响,设计实施了3因素4水平正交试验。结果表明:MS+NAA0.6+KT0.5+6-BA1.0是适合防风愈伤组织芽分化的最佳培养基,芽分化率达到70.0%;不定芽在MS+NAA0.4培养基上产生的根白色、较粗壮,生根率达100%,当根长至3~4cm、苗高5cm左右时即可进行炼苗移栽。

Abstract:This paper studied the effect of different hormone concentration on the proliferate of callus's adventitious bud, chose the best substrate of rhizogenesis and confirm the optimum condition of transplant. The result was that the best substrate used bud polarization of culture the callus, it was MS +NAA0.6+KT0.5+6-BA1.0,its bud polarization percent achieved 70%; its adventitious bud procreant root was white and thickset in MS+NAA0.4 substrate, its rhizogenesis percent was 100%, its seedling could transplant when its root come 3-4 cm, its seeding high about 5 cm.
