流体动力式超声波增氧装置的设计与试验研究

摘    要:为了提高水体增氧机的增氧效果,根据水力学中文丘里实验原理,结合流体动力式超声波发生原理,对流体动力式超声波增氧装置的进口段、喉管段以及簧片哨超声波所在位置的出口段进行设计,并初步研究了本装置对水中溶解氧的影响。结果表明该装置增氧后水中溶氧量为7.94 mg/L,超过当前温度水中溶氧量的饱和值7.82 mg/L,达到超饱和状态。因此该装置在污水处理、水产养殖和植物增氧灌溉等领域中具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to increase the efficiency of aerator, based on the theory of Venturi and fluid dynamic ultrasonic generator, the inlet pipe segment, throat pipe segment and reed whistle where ultrasonic generated of water aerator were designed. And a preliminary study on the effect of the device on dissolved oxygen was conducted. The results showed that the dissolved oxygen was 7.94 mg/L using the designed device after the aeration process, exceeded the saturation value of dissolved oxygen (7.82 mg/L) at the current water temperature and reached the super saturation. Therefore, the device has a good prospect in wastewater treatment, aquaculture and plant irrigation.
