蜂斗叶组培快繁体系的建立

摘    要:对蜂斗叶的组培条件进行了较系统的研究.结果表明,以蜂斗叶的叶柄切段为外植体,在MS+6-BA 2mg/L培养基上可诱导出胚性愈伤组织并分化出丛生芽;芽丛在MS+6-BA1 mg/L的继代培养基上,月繁殖系数可达3倍以上;健壮芽在1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+活性炭1 mg/L的生根培养基上生根率为100%.

Abstract:In this paper,the condition of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Petasites Japonicus was studied.The results showed that cultivated on MS 2 mg/L BA media,petioles produced callus and shoots;when shoots were cultivated on MS 1mg/L BA media,the reproduce coefficient was more than 3 times;and when the shoots were cultivated on 1/2 MS 0.2 mg/L NAA 1 mg/L active carbon media,the rhizogenesis rate was 100 %.
