| 摘 要： | 以甘菊叶片为外植体,尝试不同浓度羧苄青霉素(Carb)、卡那霉素(Kan)和潮霉素(Hyg)对甘菊愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的影响.结果表明,潮霉素和卡那霉素都对愈伤组织诱导有抑制作用:对不定芽分化而言,以潮霉素和卡那霉素作为抗性筛选标记时,选择压都以5mg·L-1为宜.羧苄青霉素的抑菌效果较好,质量浓度应在300～500mg·L-1范围;潮霉素3mg·L-1、卡那霉素20mg·L-1为合适的转化植株生根培养的抗生素临界浓度.

| Abstract: | Susceptibility of different cultivars on Dendranthema lavandulifolium to antibiotics(Hygromycin,Kanamycin and Carbenicillin)was studied.The critical concentration for shoot regeneration of Dendranthema lavandulifolium was 5 mg.L-1 Hyg or 5 mg.L-1 Kan.Carb had no apparent influence on callus,but when Carb concentration was over 300 mg.L-1,the inhibiting effect was observed.Kan 20 mg.L-1 or Hyg 3 mg.L-1 should be selected as ideal screening mass-concentration at the stage of plantlets' root-growth. |
