| 摘 要： | 利用电镜技术,对黄瓜芽黄突变体yh叶片的超微结构进行了分析.结果表明:黄瓜芽黄突变体yh与正常体在叶绿体的基粒片层数、基质、嗜锇滴的数量和线粒体的嵴等方面存在明显差异.

| Abstract: | Leaf ultrastructure of cucumber mutant yh of light yellow sprout was analyzed by electron microscope technology.Result showed that mutant yh had obvious difference with normal cucumber in grana lamella number,chloroplast stroma,osmiophilic droplet number and mitochondrion cristae. |
