| 摘 要： | 委婉语是语言交际中的一种常见现象.文章分析了委婉语产生的原因,并从量的比较入手分析了汉英两种语言中委婉语在不同领域的异同,说明两种文化的差异.同时用语言学的观点对委婉语的构成方式进行了分类。
