摘 要: | 研究了离体条件下影响盾叶薯蓣微块茎形成的各种因素。结果表明:6.0或8.0 mg/L BA和1.0 mg/L KT组合适宜于微块茎的形成;提高培养基中蔗糖浓度有利于微块茎形成,在蔗糖浓度为80 g/L的培养基上,微块茎发生频率高达77.3%,平均重量达367.6 mg;黑暗处理有利于微块茎发生,20 d黑暗处理使微块茎发生频率达81.2%,平均重量为386.2 mg,且微块茎质量较好。这些微块茎在离体或田间均能较好的萌发、生长。

Factors Affecting Microtuber Formation of Dioscorea zingiberensis in vitro |

Abstract: | Several factors affecting microtuber formation of Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H Wrihgt in vitro were studied here.The result showed that the combination of 6.0 or 8.0 mg/L BA and 1.0 mg/L KT was optimal for the formation of microtuber.The enhancement of sucrose in the medium favored the formation of microtuber,on the medium containing 80 g/L sucrose,microtuber occurred at frequency of 77.3% and their weight averaged 367.6 mg.Darkness treatment could improve microtuber formation,darkness treatment for 20 days could increase the frequency of microtuber formation to 81.2% and mean weight to 386.2 mg,and the microtuber had better quality.These microtubers could germinate and grow well in vitro or in field. |
