摘    要:分析了已有的四重滚筒式牧草烘干机温度系统的特点,用试验建模方法建立了热风炉的数学模型,提出了基于模糊控制与PID算法相结合的控制方法,进行了Fuzzy-PID控制器的理论设计。采用MATLAB进行了仿真,仿真结果表明Fuzzy-PID控制器具有上升时间快、超调量小的特点,满足系统的控制要求。

Abstract:According to the temperature characteristics within an air heated furnace of the already existed four-fold rotary hay dryer,a mathematical model is established using the experimental modeling method and a controller design is proposed based on the method of the based on the algorithm that combines fuzzy control with PID control.The simulating result shows that the Fuzzy-PID has the advantages of quick rising time,the small overshoot,which achieved better controlling requirement.
