浅谈大型划线问题

划线是机械加工的重要工序之一,它确定工件的加工余量,使机械加工有明确的尺寸界线;且通过找正、借料的方法能够及时发现和处理不合格的毛坯,避免加工后造成损失。同时,划线能提高机床利用率,减少机床校正工件的时间。由于大型工件加工难度相对较高,且大型零件制造周期长,造价较高,故在加工前就需要进行准确的划线。因此大型划线在划线中是有着非常重要的地位。本文主要介绍一大型盘类工件的划线。由于此工件直径3590mm,且由4段圆弧组成,划线平台尺寸只有3000×1500mm,所以此前此大工件的划线是发外加工。现在,此零件划线可通过两划线平台拼合来实现。通过此技术改革,大大减少工件加工周期,降低加工成本。

Demarcation is one of the important processes,which defines the work of the allowance so that the machining a clear line size.Seeking for primary-minor materials can fail to discover and handle the rough and avoid post-processing losses.At the same time,the demarcation can improve machine utilization,reduce the time of machine tool calibration.Because machining of a large workpiece has relatively high degree of difficulty,and longer manufacturing cycle and higher cost,it would require processing before accurate demarcation.Now,the two parts crossed platform can be put together to achieve.Reform through this technology, greatly reduces the workpiece machining cycle and processing costs.
