摘    要:运用比较生理学方法,研究了甜菜抗、感丛根病品种(系)光合方面的一些生理指标与甜菜丛根病的关系。结果表明:(1)病地和无病地上抗病品种叶绿素含量、Hill反应活性和光合速率在整个生育期均高于感病品种,是品种的固有特性。(2)病地和无病地上,抗病品种的胞间CO2浓度一直低于感病品种,而气孔导度却相反。

Abstract:The relationship between some physiological index of photosynthesis and Rhizomania resistance in sugarbeet was studied by a method of comparative physiology. The results showed that the chlorophyll content, activity of Hill reaction and photosynthetic rate in resistant varieties were prominently higher than that of susceptible ones in both diseased soil and diseased-free soil; intercellular CO2 concentrations of resistant varieties were permanently lower than that of the susceptible ones in both soils, but their stomatic conductance were opposite.
