番茄砧木品种材料抗青枯病接种鉴定试验

摘    要:采用浸根法、浸土法两种接种方式对6个番茄砧木品种材料进行苗期人工接种番茄青枯病菌鉴定试验。结果显示,采用浸根法接种番茄青枯病菌,番茄砧木发病明显,差异显著,更适合作为番茄青枯病苗期室内人工接种鉴定方法;浸根法接种测定结果显示,6个番茄砧木品种材料均表现不同程度的发病,病株率为42.86%~90.48%,对青枯病的抗性有明显的差异,其中柳砧二号表现中度感病,其余5个品种表现高度感病;用柳砧二号嫁接番茄栽培示范结果显示,连作地番茄嫁接栽培较自根栽培每公顷增产85.5%,表明利用抗病砧木嫁接栽培番茄防治青枯病是番茄生产上抗病栽培的有效途经之一。

Abstract:Six tomato varieties' stocks were identified in the experiment by using the inoculation methods of dip roots and soak soil. The results showed that the tomato stocks were obviously susceptible when inoculated by the method of dip roots, which also showed significant difference and more suitable for the identification of tomato wilt in seedling period by artificial inoculation. The results of dip roots method also showed that six tomato stocks varieties all showed susceptibility at different levels. The rate of diseased plant was from 42.86% to 90.48%, and their resistance to tomato wilt had significant difference. Liuzhen 2 was moderate susceptible and the other five varieties were highly susceptible. The results of demonstration fields that the tomato grafted with Liuzhen 2 showed that the yield of tomato with grafting was higher than that of no-grafting. It indicated that using resistant stocks seedling is one of efficient methods to control tomato wilt in the com- mercial production.
