苦碟子生物学特性调查研究

对苦碟子生育期、物候特点及植株生长发育规律进行了调查研究,结果表明,苦碟子为2年生草本植物,1年生为营养生长期,只生有基生叶呈莲座状,物候期可分为苗期、莲座期、休眠期;翌年春季4月进入第2年的生育阶段,分为返青期、抽薹期、花期、果期、种子成熟期、枯萎期。苦碟子药材应在2年生花期采集全草,可于药材产地加工时收集种子播种进行人工栽培。

Investigation on the Biological Characters of Ixeris sonchifolia

The growth duration,phonological characters,plant growth and development were investigated.The results showed that Ixeris sonchifolia belonged to biennial herb plant.During its first year by vegetative stage,only basal leaves grew and formed rosella.Phenophase can be divided into seedlings,rosette and dormancy stage.The development stages came by on April in next spring,the stages can be divided into seedling establishment,bolting,flowering,fruiting,seed maturing and withering phases.The whole plants of Ixeris sonchifolia should be collected during flowering stage during the second year of its growth,and seed collecting and artificial cultivation could be followed by crude drug processed.
