摘    要:以铁皮石斛的原球茎、无根苗(无根试管苗)、茎段和叶片为材料,研究不同光质条件对铁皮石斛原球茎增殖及4种材料中多糖和生物碱含量的影响。结果表明,在绿光下原球茎的增长率明显低于其他光质,在白光和蓝光下原球茎的增长率较好;在4种材料中,蓝光能促进生物碱的合成,有利于生物碱积累,而红光能促进碳水化合物的积累,有利于多糖含量增加,绿光则不同程度地抑制多糖和生物碱的积累。

Abstract:The protocorms, plantlets(without roots), stem segments and leaves were used as the materials for messuring the proliferation of protocorm, polysaccharide content and alkaloid content in different light quality in Dendrobium officinale. The results showed that the proliferation of protocorm in green light condition was significantly lower than those of other groups, while that was better in white and blue light condition; Blue light could promote the synthesis of alkaloids and was advantageous to the alkaloid accumulation; Red light could promote the accumulation of carbohydrates and was advantageous to the polysaccharide content increased; Green light in different degrees suppressedf polysaccharide and alkaloid accumulation in the four materials.
